KLEX Application & Entry Rules

To ensure a smooth and organized examination process, all candidates are required to follow the rules below:

1. Application Form

* The application form must be completed properly and accurately. * Candidates are responsible for ensuring that all information provided in the application is correct.

2. Payment & Payment Slip

* The examination payment must be completed according to the given instructions. * Payment details, including the relevant account numbers, will be visible once you click on the provided link. * The payment slip must be uploaded through the application system. * Please ensure that the uploaded payment slip is clear and readable.

3. Electronic Admission

* A QR code will be generated and displayed in the Completed Application Form (PDF) only after the payment has been successfully completed and verified. * Candidates must check their completed application form and ensure that the QR is visible before attending the examination.

4. Documents Required at the Entrance

Candidates must bring the following documents to the examination venue:

* Signed and Completed Application Form with the QR code * Original National Identity Card (NIC) or Passport

The signed application form with the QR code must be handed over at the entrance for verification.

Candidates who fail to present the required documents may not be permitted to enter the examination hall.

Please ensure that all required documents are prepared and brought with you on the examination day.
